This is the not-for-profit website for Ann who visits Myanmar several times a year. On her travels, Ann has found much poverty and has developed small projects to help local women to help themselves.

The women are excellent at sewing, including embroidery, and Ann suggests items that she knows will sell in Malaysia (her second home) and Australia at little local markets and bazaars.

When Ann arrives in Myanmar she goes with the seamstresses to the market. They choose the fabric and she pays. Ann also gives the women whatever they ask for their work. That way, as she says, if my plane crashes they have been paid!   

She does not take any profit for herself, but takes it back to the seamstresses in Myanmar on her next visit.
